ADMISSION FOR THE YEAR 2017-18

Admission forms for NURSERY, JR.KG & SR.KG, as well as Grades 1 to X, will be given from 15th Jan’17 onwards at the school office ( 9 am – 3 pm)

Admission Policy & Process

Admission for all entering students shall be based on the data submitted, as required by the admission cell.

Registration

For registration, an application should be submitted with all the information duly filled in and the details completed. Any form of registration is not the guarantee of the child’s admission.
Parents have to come and understand the formalities of admission e.g. filling of form, fees structure, School schedule, etc.

Pre-Primary Classes

Age Criteria for Pre-Primary classes:
Nursery: Born before 31st May 2014.
Jr.KG: Born before 31st May 2015.
Sr.KG: Born before 31st May 2016.

Admission to pre-primary is a three step process
  1. Parents fill up the application form & pay the registration fee & have a personal interaction with the school admissions team.
  2. Personal interaction with the school admission team happens and the admission decision is communicated.
  3. Parents submit the required documents and the registration fees to confirm admission within 3 days of the admission decision being communicated.
Documents needed for Pre-Primary Admission
  1. Xerox copy of birth certificate.
  2. Three passport size photographs.
  3. Admission to Grades I to X.

On submission of admission form duly filled in the candidate is eligible for written test.

A written examination is held for the students seeking admission for grades 1 to 10, which is followed by an interaction, between the Principal and the parents.

The result for the same will be declared on the same day. Depending upon the vacancy existing admission is granted.

Parents need to deposit the admission fee within three days for confirmation of registration of the name of the student on the school roll.

Documents to be Submitted
  1. Photo Copy of Final Result attested.
  2. 2 Passport Size Photographs
  3. Leaving Certificate or T.C. Certificate- original.
  4. Address Proof: grades 10 ,- Pan card/Driving license/Electricity Bill.
  5. TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
  6. Outstation children must get their TC countersigned by DEO (District Educational Officer)
  7. Migration Certificate mandatory for students from other boagrades10, 11 & 12

Incomplete Registration Forms will not be accepted.
