“Ganesh
Chaturthi is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the son of Lord Shiva
and Parvati. The festival is also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi or
Ganeshotsav. Students and teachers of Shiv Ashish School – GSEB
celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great pomp and gaiety.
The event
started with a traditional Ganesh Vandana. Children showcased dance
performances depicting the importance of Lord Vinayaka. Shiv Ashish
family celebrated the festival with joy and devotion.”
