Field trips are a great way to break out of a rut, end a boring subject or bring life into something that seems particularly difficult. It also gives students a chance to get to know each other and interact in a more relaxed environment, without the pressure of grades or the constraints of classrooms and grades.

Place Visited: Adalaj Stepwell & Trimurti Mandir
Students visited Adalaj stepwell and Trimurti Mandir. Adalaj is a historic place with beautiful architecture . It was good opportunity for them to know about our ancient heritage. Trimurti Mandir – students enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere and they were also shown a short film of spiritual signifigance.

Place visited: Shreyas foundation , Folk & Cultural Museum
Students visited Shreyas Foundation as an educational trip. Students saw Museum of folk art and culture of Gujarat, Shreyas Fairs and Festivals and “Kalpana Mangaldas Balayatan Museum. This was a very educative trip as the students had an opportunity to know about the culture, festivals, ornaments, utensils, dresses etc, used by different communities in Gujarat.
Place visited: Vikram Sarabhai Community Centre Std VI
Students were taken to Vikram Sarabhai Community science centre. Students were explained about the contributions of Vikram Sarabhai in the field of science, and they interacted with Professors of that centre. The students visited the labs where they were shown lots of experiments and games. This was an enthralling trip for students.

Place Visited: Kankaria Zoo
Students of std II went to Kankaria zoo, where they saw many different animals and birds. Children were very excited seeing animals and birds. They enjoyed Balvatika also saw old coins and laughing mirror. The trip was very exciting and enjoyable for children.
Place visited: Sundarvan Std -1
Kids went to Sundarvan and enjoyed seeing birds and fish aquarium. The children also enjoyed playing in the park. It was a fun trip for the students .
Place visited: Traffic park Std III
Students were taken to traffic park for an educational trip. The children were educated about the traffic rules through an audio visual clip. Students acquired a hands on experience about the traffic signals and rules by riding a bicycle in the premises. This trip was very informative and the children enjoyed the experiential learning.
Place visited : Live Assembly session at Vidhansabha ,Gandhinagar Std VIII
As a part of educational tour the students were taken to Vidhan Sabha, Gandhinagar. They started from the school at 9.30 a.m. First went to Trimandir reroute to Gandhinagar, an innovative concept of harmonious and a non-sectarian temple by Dada Bhagwan .Later on a spiritual video based on positive energy was screened for the students for a period of 10 minutes.
At 11 o’clock they reached Gandhinagar and everybody were excited to see the huge and imposing buildings. After obtaining the Gate Pass, we proceeded towards the building in pairs. After a security check we went into a huge hall which depicted the information about the former Presidents, Chief Ministers, Contribution of Mahatma Gandhiji and the antiques used by Mahatma Gandhiji. Students were excited to see our Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel & the the Speaker Mr. Vajubhai Val. Students shook hands with Mr. I.K. Jadeja, – head the Swarnim Gujarat Committee as an Executive Chairman. Overall the trip was very informative and enjoyable not only to the children, but also educative to the teachers.
